The hotel showcases unique themed decorations and a charming medieval-style decor.

During my stay, I was particularly disturbed by noise from an event below my room that extended much longer than expected, affecting my ability to rest. The room itself had a faint, unpleasant smell upon arrival, which dampened my initial excitement. the breakfast options were quite basic and could benefit from more variety, particularly for vegetarians.

The decor gives a royal feel, making the stay memorable for its unique ambiance. The king-size bed ensured a restful night, complemented by the large windows that provided ample natural light. I also appreciated the tavern-style restaurant, where the food was not only delicious but the staff was attentive and friendly. The spacious Superior Double room felt like a luxurious retreat, enhancing our overall experience.

The room felt hot during our stay, especially as there was no air-conditioning.

uncomfortable room

absolutely loved the decor at Hansa, but my room was sweltering in late September, and NO AC! the shower leaked and the mat turned into a soggy disaster, delightful. oh, and shockingly, I received no complimentary treats—definitely expected better service. I almost had a glowing review but just couldn’t, sadly.
